Perpetual Industries Signs Agreement with WingFan to Evaluate Axial Impellers with XYO Technology

Perpetual Industries Inc. (OTC:PRPI) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a XYO Prototype Evaluation Agreement with WingFan Ltd. & Co. KG to evaluate their axial impellers with the innovative XYO Mechanical Balancing Technology. This agreement outlines the commitment of the companies to work together to complete the evaluation.

As part of the agreement, Perpetual will be providing its know-how, expertise and services to design, install, and test XYO prototypes in two of WingFan’s axial impeller models. Towards the end of the project, Perpetual will prepare a final report quantifying and discussing some of the benefits of applying XYO to the axial impellers, such as: reduced vibration, increased energy efficiency, and improved reliability. Perpetual will also make recommendations on suitable manufacturing methods, and the cost effectiveness to implement XYO.

If the results of the project are positive and to the satisfaction of WingFan, and if XYO is determined to be cost effective for this application, the companies will be able to negotiate additional terms to optimize, implement and commercialize XYO for use in WingFan’s axial impellers.

WingFan has been a family owned enterprise for more than 70 years and is one of the largest manufacturers of modular axial impellers. The impellers are used in a wide range of industries and applications, including: agriculture, commercial and industrial heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), construction, cooling towers, and combustion engines. The company offers tailor-made solutions with their customers’ needs in mind; they strive to deliver the highest quality products and continue to innovate not only their products, but also their processes, organization, services and strategy. “Perpetual is pleased to be working with WingFan,” said Chief Operating Officer, Neil Mulji. “They produce a range of high quality and high performance axial impellers. Through this agreement we will be able to work with them to showcase the benefits, improvements and added value that XYO can provide to their products. WingFan is a like-minded company that understands the need to innovate, and we hope that this project will lead to a long term relationship that benefits both companies in the future.”
